Reading the Bible Together reading for Sept

We are reading the book of Jonah for our RBT this month.

Sun 3rd Sept, 10.30am

Communion following the morning service.

Fri 15th Sept, 11.00am

Union dedication service at the SaRang Thomas Centre, Union.

Sun 17th Sept, 10.30am

Harvest thanksgiving service followed by a fellowship lunch together at around 1.00pm. As this is the first time we have had a lunch together on a Sunday, we are planning something different for the rest of the day!

If you are able to stay, following the lunch (at around 3pm) we are going to continue our harvest thanksgiving with an informal time of worship together and look at God’s word and there will then be no evening service.

Coffee break. Open time where all are welcome to come and share informal time together over a cuppa and cake.

Tue 26th Sept, 9.30am

Deacons’ meeting at Marilyn’s house.

RBT feedback meeting, discussing the book of Jonah.

Sat 30th Sept, 11.00am – 4.00pm

Bethel open day! We want to open the church, use the garden, share some food, show something of the history of the church and get to know those who live around us. There will be opportunities to be involved in a number of ways so please see Jim or one of the deacons if you can help. Publicity will be available early in Sept to invite others to come.
